Customer Computer Access
In the contact centre we have two computers that are available for all to use.
You can access all the council’s web services and print off any information you need. You can also view and print off planning applications.
Home Choice
You can apply to go on the council waiting list by picking up a form from the initial reception desk.
We display all the current council properties available in the front window.
Telephones
We have a self service area in the contact centre where you can access our internal phones.
If you pickup and dial '0' you will be put through to an operator who will direct you to the correct department.
Post Boxes
There are two post boxes provided for your use which are emptied every weekday.
One is marked 'Cheques Only' where you will find cheque paying-in envelopes that you can fill in and place your cheque in. The other is marked 'Post Only'.
