Our three main offices, including the Town Hall are all in Grove Road. Each of the offices' individual pages give their full addresses and a list of services for the building.
Opening Times
The Customer Contact Centre is open from 9am until 5pm from Monday to Friday, except Wednesdays when offices open at 9.30am. This later start is due to staff training.
Response Times
Our Customer Charter says we aim to respond to your letters within 10 working days and answer your telephone calls within 20 seconds.
