Budget Proposals 2010/11 - Have Your Say

Eastbourne Borough Council invited comments on its budget proposals for 2010/11, which indicated that with a range of proposed savings it would be able to set a balanced budget despite the recession and its effects on service demands and income levels.

The Council's Cabinet has agreed its draft budget proposals for next year which would see the preservation of key services in these challenging times with only a modest (10p per week) increase in council tax, well inside the Government's capping limit.
