As part of a national project we are asking a random sample of 3,200 local residents to tell us what they think about their local area. The survey will begin at the end of September and run until mid-December.
The main purpose of the survey is to find out what issues concern you most and what you think about the services you receive from a range of agencies and organisations in your local area.
We are working in partnership with the other authorities in East Sussex and IPSOS/MORI to deliver the survey. If you receive a copy of the survey through the post please complete and return it as soon as you can using the enclosed Freepost envelope. We are required by law to send reminders if we do not hear from you which will increase the cost of the survey.
Any information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be stored securely. Your responses will not include personal information and will only be used to monitor the performance of public services.
