Housing Revenue Account Financial Plan 2007-2036
The Housing Revenue Account is used to pay for services to the Council's own tenants and leaseholders, and improvements to Council homes.
This Financial Plan sets out our plans for spending over the next 30 years, and how we will bring all the Council's homes up to the Decent Homes Standard.
Consultation on the current plan ended on 18th April 2008. We will be publishing the final version in May 2008. We will update this Plan every year.
