Eastbourne has been given £205,000 from the Big Lottery Fund for developing Play for children aged 5-16 years old in the town. We plan to spend the money on four or five major projects, each costing around £40,000 plus. The funding will be distributed over the next three years.
Play Strategy
To get this money Eastbourne Borough Council must send a list of projects as part of a Play Strategy. The Play Strategy is being developed.
The consultation asked for ideas as to how to spend this money. Information gathered from the consultation will go to the Eastbourne play forum who will decide what to spend it on. Their decision will appear here shortly.
