Customer Contact Centre Satisfaction Survey 2007

Consultation closed November 2007

This survey aimed to establish the levels of satisfaction of customers using the Customer Contact Centre at 1 Grove Road.
 
Questions aimed to find out customers' opinion of their experience using the Customer Contact Centre, including the service given by the staff and the building environment.
 
People surveyed: all customers using the Customer Contact Centre during a three week period during October and November 2007.
