The council's Private Housing Enforcement Policy sets out the enforcement framework in which the Private Housing Team operate to achieve the aims of the Community Strategy.
Consultation on the draft policy with local organisations and stakeholders was carried out from 18 April - 19 May 2006.
The final version of the Enforcement Policy was revised after taking into account feedback received during the consultation process.
