Customer Contact Centre Satisfaction Survey 2006

Consultation closed on 20th October 2006

This survey aims to establish the levels of satisfaction of customers using the Customer Contact Centre at 1 Grove Road.
 
Questions aim to find out customers' opinion of their experience using the Customer Contact Centre, including the service given by the staff and the building environment. 
 
People surveyed: all customers using the Customer Contact Centre during the three week period 2nd October - 20th October 2006.
