Consultation closed 1st March 2007.
Best Value Satisfaction Surveys are conducted by all local authorities on a three yearly basis. As well as providing satisfaction data for statutory performance indicators, they enable us to identify local needs and priorities and tailor our service delivery accordingly.
The questionnaires are designed by the Audit Commission and the consultation procedure is standardised nationally in order to provide meaningful comparison both historically and geographically.
This year our General, Planning and Benefits Surveys have been jointly procured with other East Sussex District and Borough Authorities in order to save money, time and resources.
People Surveyed: 2500 randomly chosen households - minimum 1100 responses.
