Eastbourne Association of Voluntary Services (EAVS) is a Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) and exists to enhance the quality of life for people in Eastbourne and the surrounding parishes by the development, promotion and support of the community and voluntary sector.
EAVS also provides support to groups in the Wealden area.
Services EAVS provides include:

help in setting up and running a group, and

advice on governing documents
EAVS is also home to the East Sussex Volunteer Development Project, the Devonshire Neighbourhood Project and the Eastbourne Community Network.
Groups can ask to receive EAVS newsletter and e-newsletter containing information of interest to the voluntary and community sectors.

Membership is free and open to community and voluntary sector organisations in the Eastbourne and Wealden district (subject to membership criteria).
