3VA is a Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) and exists to enhance the quality of life for people in Eastbourne and the surrounding parishes by the development, promotion and support of the community and voluntary sector.
3VA also provides support to groups in the Wealden area.
Services 3VA provides include:

help in setting up and running a group, and

advice on governing documents
3VA is also home to the East Sussex Volunteer Development Project, the Devonshire Neighbourhood Project and the Eastbourne Community Network.
Groups can ask to receive 3VA newsletter and e-newsletter containing information of interest to the voluntary and community sectors.
