Eastbourne Housing Partnership
The Eastbourne Housing Partnership is an umbrella partnership which discusses all housing related activities within Eastbourne and how these should develop.
The partnership has representation from all sectors, including:
local Housing Associations and other housing management organisations
private landlords
housing developers
housing advice and support agencies
Aims
The aims of the Eastbourne Housing Partnership are to:
- oversee delivery of the aims and targets in the Housing Chapter of the Community Strategy and housing elements of other chapters
- ensure proper representation in the Eastbourne Strategic partnership
- feed information in from other partnerships and back to those partnerships
- share information and data and identify key issues and trends
- develop priorities and targets for key strategic documents:
- Sustainable Community Strategy
- Housing Strategy
- Local Area Agreement 2008
- identify areas of common interest and opportunities for joint action
