Eastbourne Crime Reduction Partnership

Working in Partnership to reduce crime, disorder and the fear of crime

Reducing crime and disorder is something we all want to see in our community. Equally, we all want to feel safe in our homes, on the streets and in our neighbourhoods.

Achieving these aims is no longer the responsibility of a single agency.  The Eastbourne Crime Reduction Partnership was set-up in 1998 to tackle such issues and comprises representatives from:

  • Eastbourne Borough Council

  • Eastbourne Homes

  • East Sussex County Council

  • Sussex Police

  • Sussex Police Authority

  • East Sussex Fire and Rescue

  • Eastbourne Downs Primary Care Trust

  • Local Schools and Community Representatives
