Eastbourne's Town Team is a partnership of retailers, restauranteurs, service providers and experts who are committed to making Eastbourne a fantastic place to do business.

Some of the Town Team’s major projects are:

• Funding for community-run sustainable town centre events in tandem with the new street market;

• Setting up a Retail Academy to help strengthen and inspire traders; and

• Sending out the Capture Team to sell Eastbourne to shops and other businesses we want to see in Eastbourne.
