Evolve Eastbourne

Evolve is the name given to the group of businesses who are promoting the concept of a Business Improvement District (BID) for Eastbourne's town centre.

A Business Improvement District (BID) is a defined area where rate paying businesses decide on new services, facilities and improvements to help transform their area and then vote to agree the investment.

Evolve Eastbourne will make the town centre a better place to invest, work, do business, visit and live in and contribute to the development of a vibrant and inclusive community.
