Whatever Your Job, Look After Your Back
The campaign gives advice on:
- managing back pain with the aim of reducing its impact and the number of working days lost
- promoting sensible precautions that reduce the risk of back pain
- emphasising the positive benefits of staying active with back pain
- how employees and employers can work together to help people return to normal activities
