Nightwatch has replaced and improved the former Pubwatch scheme. Nightwatch was expanded to include other evening economy businesses as well as pubs and clubs such as:
- late night takeaways
- restaurants, and
- taxis
Members benefit from:
- town’s security radio network with handsets
- incident reporting
- photograph albums of persistent offenders
- banning notices, and
- the scheme is administered by the Eastbourne Business Crime Group
- Members only Intranet site
