Health and safety does not have to be expensive, time consuming or complicated for businesses. 

Despite the stories you often read in the media, health and safety is about practical steps to protect people from real harm and suffering – not bureaucratic back covering, exaggerating trivial risks or stopping any activity that might possibly lead to harm.
