Investigate accidents and safety complaints

Prioritise key safety hazards topics – falls from height, workplace transport, musculoskeletal disorders, slips and trips and stress

Aim to achieve government targets by 2010 to reduce:

the number of days lost to accidents and ill health by 30%

the incidence of ill health by 20%, and:

the incidence of accidents by 10%

Work in partnership with the Health & Safety Executive and other organisations for the benefit of local businesses
