The standard encapsulated version of the poster should be sufficiently durable to meet the vast majority of workplace environments.
There is also a rigid PVC clear plastic version which will be more appropriate where there are extremes of temperature or other harsh workplace environments.

Alternatively you must provide every employee with individual copies of the same information in a leaflet version. This can be either downloaded or ordered online from HSE Books.
