Lighten the Load DVD
A DVD is also available, showing how to avoid musculoskeletal problems in the workplace. A series of animated scenes show various lifting and carrying situations.
These serious messages are presented in a light-hearted manner and are ideal for training people, especially those who do not read or speak English well.
