Better Backs is a annual national campaign run by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), in partnership with local authorities.

For 2007 the Better Backs campaign pack has been revised to include material on upper limb disorders and Display Screen Equipment.
You can download the pack information sheets in PDF format on the HSE website. You can also order printed packs online, which include a CD with PowerPoint presentations and video clips.
Campaign Website and Advertising
In 2006 a campaign website and media advertising featured a fictitious rock band called Bäackpain highlighting the key message - whatever your job, look after your back.
The HSE advertising included outdoor billboards, press adverts and radio broadcasts, which are available online. Materials from the previous Backs 2005 campaign pack can also still be downloaded online.
