Licensing - What We Do

Summary of Our Services

We give advice and guidance, issue and monitor licences for:

  • Persons and premises to sell alcohol

  • Premises to provide entertainment

  • Premises to sell hot food late at night, between 11pm - 5am

  • Premises to operate gambling and lotteries

  • Premises to operate as a sex shop

  • Persons, vehicles and operators for hackney carriage taxis and private hire

  • Persons and premises for ear-piercing, body piercing, tattooing and acupuncture

  • Other activities including charitable collections and motor salvage businesses
