Which Premises Need a Licence?
Any premises used for a business which consists to a significant degree of selling, hiring, exchanging, lending, displaying or demonstrating sex articles or other articles which can be used in connection with acts of force or restraint which are associated with sexual activity must hold a sex establishment licence.
Applying for a Licence
Anyone wishing to apply for such a licence will need to give serious consideration to:

Proximity to residential areas, places of worship and schools

Proximity to areas with the highest levels of recorded crime

Cumulative effect of existing related licensed activities in the vicinity
