Gambling operators will need to hold or have applied for an operating licence and any relevant personal licences from the Gambling Commission before applying for a premises licence from the council.

You can download forms below to apply for a premises licence, which can be granted for the following facilities:
Casinos and Bingo halls
Betting premises (including betting shops, betting tracks etc)
Adult gaming centres (Category B3, B4, C and D gaming machines)
Family entertainment centres (Category C and D gaming machines)
Premises licences last indefinitely, but an annual fee is payable to the council. In general the council that issued the licence will be responsible for monitoring it and taking any enforcement action.
The Government has set a series of bands for the fees, with a prescribed maximum. Licensing Authorities can select precise fees from within the bands, limited to recovery of costs.
