Apply and Pay Securely Online
There are three ways you can apply through this site:

Download application forms in PDF format directly from our site, complete by hand and return to our offices, with any supporting documents, and a cheque where a fee is payable. The PDFs on our site cannot be completed electronically. Guidance notes for applicants and useful links for further help are also available on this site.

Apply and pay securely online - service provided in partnership with Business Link, with secure payments through WorldPay. There is no additional charge for paying online. You will need to be able to upload all supporting documentation online. You will have to register or log in at Business Link to apply online, but this then also gives you access to many other useful online tools, including personalised checklists to help your business.

Download printable versions of online forms - use the Apply Online link from our licence pages, but then on Business Link select the option 'Download printable version of application form'. This will give you a PDF version that you can download to your personal computer and save the data you type in (not suitable for completing by hand). You do not need to log in or register with the site to do this. Then print the form and post it to us along with all supporting documentation and a cheque for the fee.
