Publications - Eastbourne Licensees Handbook

Eastbourne Crime Reduction Partnership
Download the Eastbourne Licensees Handbook, developed by the Eastbourne Crime Reduction Partnership to provide licensees with practical guidance to help reduce violent crime in public places.

Experience shows that in the majority of cases, serious public place disorder and violent crime is induced by alcohol or drugs.

The Police, council, local agencies, businesses and licensees all need to work together to reduce and detect crime and disorder in public places.

Promoting responsible drinking will also reduce risks to health from alcohol abuse.

The Eastbourne Licensee's Handbook includes a code of conduct, good management guide, standard report form and exclusion orders.
