Licensing Act 2003 - Premises Review Comments Form

Use the online form below to comment (make a representation) on a review of a premises licence in Eastbourne for alcohol, entertainment or late night refreshment under the Licensing Act 2003.

 

A review can be applied for by an interested party or responsible authority if there are problems with a licensed premises - see Form for a Review of a Premises Licence.

Your comments must be relevant to the licensing objectives, listed in the form below. We will not consider irrelevant comments. For more information, see 'Advice about making representations'.

 

This form must be submitted within 28 days of the licence application, as specified in the site notice advertisements placed by the council (licensing authority).

 

After you submit your representation, you will be invited to attend a committee hearing which will be arranged to consider the licence review.
