Forms to change the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) for a premises licence issued in Eastbourne under the Licensing Act 2003 for the sale of alcohol. If this is the only change you want to make to your licence, you do not need to go through the full variation procedure.
What Do You Need to Send to Us?

A completed application form below

Form of consent given by the person whom the applicant wishes to be the premises supervisor (they can do this online for no fee, using the link under Other Websites)

A cheque for the fee of £23 - payable to 'Eastbourne Borough Council'
You need to copy the form to the Police (but not to any of the other Responsible Authorities). Go to Where to Send Your Application Forms under Related Pages.
If you apply online we will deal with sending copies to the Police for you.
Making Other Changes
To make other changes, including opening hours, the activities you are licensed for, or structural alterations to premises, you need to send us a full variation application, send a copy to all the Responsible Authorities and advertise your application.
