Just Need to Change Licence Holder or Premises Supervisor?
If the only change you want to make to your premises licence is the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS), you do not need to go through the variation application procedure. For details go to Changing Your Premises Supervisor.
To transfer your premises licence to a different holder, go to Premises Licence Transfer Forms. To notify us of name and address changes for existing holders, go to our Changing Details or Replacing Documents page.
Making Other Changes to Your Licence
For occasional or outdoor events, you can apply for Temporary Event Notices instead of a premises variation. For small variations that will not impact adversely on the Licensing Objectives, you can use the Minor Variations process instead of a full variation.
If the variation to the premises licence constitutes a material change (for example, combining two premises into one), then you will need to make a new application instead - go to New Premises Application Forms under Related Pages.
