If you have a personal licence, premises licence or club premises certificate issued by Eastbourne Borough Council, you need to notify us in writing of any name or address changes, or to request duplicate documents if your licences have been lost or stolen.

Change of Name and Address Details
You need to notify us in writing as soon as possible, with a cheque for the fee of £10.50, payable to 'Eastbourne Borough Council' for:
- change of name or address of a premises licence holder (a transfer application is needed to change the licence holder to a different person - go to Premises Licence Transfer Forms)
- change of registered club address or change of club rules, for premises with a club certificate
- change of name or address of a personal licence holder - you need to send us back both your licence ID card and paper licence

For personal licences, you should apply to us if you live in Eastbourne. If you work at a premises in Eastbourne, but live elsewhere, apply to the district or city council where you live. Go to Directgov to find your local council.

We can replace lost or stolen personal licences, premises licences or club premises certificates for a fee of £10.50.
You need to notify us in writing as soon as possible, with a cheque payable to 'Eastbourne Borough Council'.
If your personal licence ID card or paper licence has been stolen, you should first contact Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 and obtain a Crime Number, which you should quote when you contact us.
