A Premises Licence Operating Schedule Must Contain:
The relevant licensable activities to take place on the premises
The times when the proposed activities are to take place, including the times for each day of the week, and if they will change throughout the year
Any other times when the premises are to be open to the public
The name and address of the person who is the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS)
The steps the licensee has taken to promote the licensing objectives
A Club Certificate Operating Schedule Must Contain:
The recognised club activities that the application relates to
The times that the recognised club activities take place
Any other times when the premises will be open to members and their guests
The activities that include the supply of alcohol, whether for consumption on the premises, off the premises or both
How the licensing objectives will be promoted
Examples of How You Can Promote Licensing Objectives:
CCTV installed and maintained on the premises
Shatterproof drinking vessels
Challenge 21 or similar ID procedure
Health and Safety Policy
Fire information
An 'ask patrons to leave quietly' sign
Noise limiter device installed to amplifier
