How Long Will It Take to Get a Licence?

There is a 28 day statutory minimum consultation period. Objections may be received and a committee hearing will then need to be arranged.

If the licence provides for the sale of alcohol, your Designated Premises Supervisor will need to have a Personal Licence. This can also take up to two months, or longer if an approved training course is needed beforehand.
