The Food Standards Agency has published an updated guide for food businesses that explains the key requirements of new hygiene regulations that apply in the UK.
Food Hygiene – A Guide for Businesses also explains good practice in relation to food hygiene.
The free booklet is aimed at restaurants, cafés and other catering businesses, as well as shops selling food.
It complements the Safer Food, Better Business food safety management packs.
