Bengali, Chinese or Turkish Photo Guides
These photo guides are aimed at food handlers who do not speak English as their first language. They show "right" and "wrong" pictures with only a minimal amount of text, either in English, or in Bengali, Chinese or Turkish languages.
The guides are based on the '4 Cs' of food hygiene - cleaning, cross-contamination, cooking and chilling. They were produced by City of York Council Food and Safety Unit, and are used on this website with permission.
