The prominent Grade II listed building was in a deteriorating condition.
With the support of a £50,000 Conservation Area Partnership Scheme (CAPS) grant, a new owner decided to carry out a major refurbishments.
The refurbishment required new:
lead on the parapet
render, and
railings
The development saw 10 refurbished flats made available for private rental.
