A £14 million face lift plan for Sovereign Harbour Retail Park was revealed in August 2011.
Proposals include a state of the art nine screen cinema, additional shops and new restaurants.
PRUPIM, who is delivering this project on behalf of The Prudential Assurance Company have appointed internationally renowned architects, Holder Mathias, to design the new buildings and create a fresh new image for the retail park.
It is estimated that the development will provide in the region of 200 additional jobs.
A public consultation on the proposals was undertaken in August 2011 and a planning application is potentially being put to the Council in early 2012.
