We are committed to providing a quality service to our customers, both claimants and landlords.

 

We are responsible for dealing with two types of benefit:


  • Housing Benefit
  • Council Tax Benefit (including Second Adult Rebate)

We do not deal with applications for Income Support or Jobseeker's Allowance - these are dealt with by the Department of Work and Pensions or your local Jobcentre.

The rules surrounding benefits are quite complicated so it is always good to contact us if you are in doubt over any aspect of your application or our benefits services.
