If you would like to invite the Mayor to attend your event, the easiest way is to complete our online invitation form.
Please give as much detail on the form about your event as possible.
At least 14 days notice is required for all engagements, and it is worth noting that the Mayor's diary can get booked up months in advance.

Looking After the Mayor
