Eastbourne Borough Council is working on an ambitious programme of change across the council that will enhance services to residents and local businesses, and deliver savings.
Last year, we introduced the first phase of these changes under the banner of “Customer First”. This year, we are preparing a second phase of change across services such as Housing, Council Tax, Benefits, Electoral Services, Community Development, Tourism, Sports and Leisure.
