The council's Environmental Health service encourages responsible dog ownership and in this section you can find advice on a range of dog welfare issues.

 

Our Dog Welfare Officer gives advice to dog owners, investigates dog noise and fouling problems, collects strays and promotes and enforces local dog laws in Eastbourne.
